Camp Wanapitei

The crocuses are up, the birds are migrating, and spring is in the air. Woody, Trish and I are up to our eyeballs in preparation for summer. This is the time of year when things get more and more exciting. We spend our days immersed in finalizing hiring, starting our purchasing for summer and much, much more. We spend our nights dreaming of camp. The winter at camp was beautiful. Heffy (Jeff Geiler) has been looking after the site (as always) and tells us that there was very little snow this winter. This means that right now water levels are lower than usual for this time of year. We are hoping for some good spring rain. Soon we will be launching our online clothing store! New for Wanapitei, we are pleased with the store and the clothing line for summer 2010. Stay tuned! Wanapitei staff all over the world are preparing themselves for another summer leading campers on fabulous adventures. V2 leaders (Emma and E.T.) are already buying food and other materials for the V2 trip. The summer camp ball is rolling and it's picking up speed.
